A Chibi-PC is a computer developed by Citrusoft Robotics that Chibi-Robos can use for a variety of things, and each model comes with unique features and programs.
Chibi-Robo! Plug Into Adventure!
The Chibi-PC is located on the back wall of the Chibi-House and resembles an arcade cabinet, being controlled by joysticks and buttons. Chibi-Robo can use the Chibi-PC to access an Online Shop to spend Moolah, use the Recyclotron to build Utilibots with Scrap, and access the Scrap Trade. Chibi-Robo can purchase various Chibi-Gear made by Citrusoft Robotics here, as well as change the duration of the Day Cycle. The Scrap Trade becomes accessible after all eight Utilibots are built, and will exchange Scrap for Moolah at a 1:1 ratio.
Chibi-PC Menu
When Chibi-Robo starts using the Chibi-PC, he will start on the Chibi-PC Menu, and can either browse the Online Shop or use the Recyclotron. After all Utilibots are built, the Recyclotron will become unavailable and a new program will appear called Scrap Trade where Chibi-Robo can exchange Scrap for Moolah.
Online Shop
The Online Shop is where Chibi-Robo can spend any Moolah he has collected to purchase various items. Some items only appear in the Online Shop after certain events occur.

The Recyclotron can use Scrap to build Utilibots. Certain Utilibots can only be built after all of the currently available Utilibots are built. After building the Kitchen Ladder and Foyer Ladder Utilibots, the Recyclotron will not have any new Utilibots available and will be temporarily inaccessible until Chibi-Robo gets to the second floor of the Foyer, at which point three new Utilibots will be available.

Scrap Trade
After all 8 Utilibots are built, the Recyclotron will become inaccessible and the Scrap Trade will appear on the Chibi-PC Menu. The Scrap Trade gives Scrap a new purpose, allowing Chibi-Robo to exchange any Scrap he has found for Moolah, with a 1:1 conversion rate.
Chibi-Robo! Park Patrol
The Chibi-PC is located on the back wall of the Chibi-House and is operated using a Control Panel that resembles a Nintendo Famicom controller. The Chibi-PC allows Blooming Chibi-Robos to access Park Projects to revitalize the Park, the Chibi-Gear shop to purchase Chibi-Gear made by Citrusoft Robotics, check the day's weather Forecast, as well as check the Sticker collection. This Chibi-PC can occasionally malfunction, causing the Control Panel to break. When this happens, the Chibi-PC will be inoperable until a replacement Control Panel is installed.

Located on the back wall of the Chibi-House, the Chibi-PC resembles an old TV and is controlled using a colorful keyboard. Not all of it's features are available at the time of activation, but become available as the Chibi-Robo progresses. The Chibi-PC allows Chibi-Robo to access Chibi-Training exercises for certain activities, read a digital Chibi-Manual, change the duration of the Day Cycle, take out a loan from Citrusoft, check the Sparkle Rate of the household's rooms, check the Washbowl Record, and view the Staff Credits.
Chibi-Training
The Chibi-Training program acts as a tutorial system for Chibi-Robo to practice various actions. Entering these training programs will put Chibi-Robo in a testing room at Citrusoft Robotics where employees can be seen observing his progress. Any Happy Points earned in these programs are kept when Chibi-Robo returns to the Chibi-House.

Chibi-Robo! Photo Finder
The Curator has a laptop called the "Chibi-Robo Portal Console," or Chibi-PC for short, that Chibi-Robo can use to accept jobs from various toys, browse a shop for Silhouette Film, go to the past to find NostalJunk, and explore interesting locations.
Work
- Main article: Work
Toys will send e-mails to Chibi-Robo, requesting his help. Completing these jobs rewards Chibi-Robo with Happy Points.
Shop
Chibi-Robo can use the Shop access the Silhouette Catalog, where Silhouette Film is available to purchase with any banked Happy Points. There are four Silhouette Films available per page, and a new page becomes available after all currently available Silhouette Film have been printed at least once. Even if Chibi-Robo receives a Silhouette Film from sending in 10 Stamps, he will still need to purchase it with Happy Points to count towards unlocking the next page.

Chibi-Robo! Zip Lash
Located on the left wall of the Chibi-House, to the right of the elevator, the Chibi-PC has a large screen and is controlled using a keyboard and two buttons. The Chibi-PC allows Chibi-Robo to view Stage Info, Albums for Snacks, Trash, and Figures, shop at the Citrusoft Supply Depot, and access the Chibi-Outfit Network.
Stage Info
Helpful information about the stages Chibi-Robo has cleared so far, such as high scores and which items have been collected.
Albums
These albums record the snacks and Trash Chibi-Robo has found. If a Chibi-Robo amiibo has been linked to the game, any unlocked Figures will be recorded here too.

Chibi-Outfit Network
- Main article: Outfit
Rescue lost aliens and work with other players on Miiverse to piece together five-digit IDs that you can use to order fun new outfits!
The Chibi-Outfit Network allows Chibi-Robo to input Outfit IDs needed to unlock Outfits. The second time Chibi-Robo goes through a platforming Stage, a Lost Alien can be found crying for help. If Chibi-Robo brings the Lost Alien to the Alien Totem Area and swings them around with the Chibi-Plug, a Rescue UFO will appear. Throwing the Lost Alien into the Rescue Alien will reward Chibi-Robo with one digit of a five digit Outfit ID for that Stage. This was designed for players to collaborate on the Miiverse community to learn the missing digits of each Outfit ID. By entering all five digits of the Outfit ID for a Stage on the Chibi-Outfit Network in the Chibi-PC, Chibi-Robo can return to that Stage and rescue the Lost Alien again to be rewarded with the corresponding Outfit. There are 34 Outfits to unlock with the Chibi-Outfit Network.

- Scrap Trade: "Swap your spare Scrap for Moolah and help build a better world!"
- Chibi-PC Menu: Every time the Chibi-PC menu is refreshed (eg. exiting and re-entering the menu) it swaps between these two:
- The Chibi-PC in Okaeri! Chibi-Robo! Happy Richie Ōsōji! is the only Chibi-PC to not feature a shop of any kind.
- The Chibi-PC in Chibi-Robo! Photo Finder is the only Chibi-PC to not be located inside of a Chibi-House.
- When accessing the Chibi-PC in Chibi-Robo! Plug Into Adventure!, the player can hear a voice that seems to be (most likely) saying "ようこそ", meaning "Welcome".
