Bull is a toy that appears in Chibi-Robo! Park Patrol. He was the former mascot of an American football team. He appears orange before level two friendship, much like how Tampa is a free ranger before level two friendship.
How he originally looks is shown below. According to Bull's in-game description, his colors have faded with time. When he's helped upon reaching level three, his colors change permanently as seen below. After this happens, you gain the Bull Sticker and the ability to place Bull Statue.
