The Alien Ear Chip is a Chip made by Citrusoft Robotics that allows a Chibi-Robo to hear soft voices.
Location & Use
When Chibi-Robo first encounters the Aliens, he will not be able to understand their soft voices. After returning to the Chibi-House, Telly Vision will inform Chibi-Robo that Citrusoft Robotics makes a Chip that would allow him to hear the soft voices clearly, and contacts them. Citrusoft will agree to stock the Alien Ear Chip in the Chibi-PC Online Shop, where it can be purchased for 2150 
Moolah. After installing this Chip, Chibi-Robo will be able to hear the Aliens with no issue.
