'''Sarge''' is the sergeant of the [[Free Ranger]]s in ''[[Chibi-Robo!]]''.Tao kidnapped Private Memphis and caused Sarge to lose his eye. After Memphis was taken by Tao, Sarge becomes tough on his remaining soliders. When he first sees Chibi Robo, he thinks he is an enemy, where him and his soilders try to kill Chibi Robo. Once you get pass them you can train with them. There are four training cources, Spy Training, Handril Training, Jungle Training, and Waterfall Training, Once you get Captin PlankBeard's Ship, 7 Free Rangers go AWOL, where Sarge become depress. You must find Memphis's dog tags, Sarge starts treating his soliders better and will start a new training call Tao Defense Training. Once you complete it, Chibi Robo can help them save Memphis. During the rescue, Sarge's former soliders join the rescue and after you shoot the collar that holds Memphis and releases him, Sarge no longer is tough on his soliders.

Sarge is the leader of the [[Free Rangers]], an army made up of small plastic egg soldiers. He is almost always found in the [[Foyer]].

Sarge is a 11cm tall plastic egg soldier. He is red, and wears a camo army outfit with short sleeves, with black sleeves under the camo. He has a star badge on his left side, and a beret with the Free Rangers symbol on the front. He also carries a toy gun. He is missing his right eye, with an X shaped scar in its place, and his expression is usually stern.


In the localized version of ''[[Chibi-Robo! Plug Into Adventure!]]'', his appearance is slightly different; his gun is changes to a more wooden appearance. He was also given a small round nose.
In the New Play Control! version of the game, he has white gloves.

Sarge is a strict and aggressive drill sergeant. He commands his men proudly, insulting them if they fail. He is constantly shouting orders and giving speeches, much to the Free Ranger's displeasure. In truth, he cares about his men very much, explaining that he was hard on them so that he would not lose any more of them. He's very emotional, crying over his men on multiple accounts, and later on learns the true value of friendship.

He is met early in ''[[Chibi-Robo! Plug Into Adventure!]]'', from when [[Chibi-Robo]] first enters the [[Foyer]]. He perceives Chibi-Robo as a threat, commanding his men to fire at him. Using the [[Mug]], Chibi-Robo can protect himself from the bullets and reach the [[Basement]], leaving Sarge to realize that Chibi-Robo might not be a threat at all. Visiting the [[Foyer]] again, Sarge stands on the stairs as he trains his men. From this point, Chibi-Robo can join the [[Free Rangers]] in their training, eventually facing against [[Tao]] with them to save the lost Free Ranger, Memphis.
