Bull is a toy that appears in Chibi-Robo! Park Patrol. He was the former mascot of an American Football team. He appears orange before level two friendship much like how Tampa is a free ranger before level two friendship. How he originally looks is shown below. According to in game his colors have faded with time.

in bull's menu for work he appears gray even though his faded colors are orange. after he is helped at level three his colors change permanently as seen below after this happens you gian the bull Sticker you also gain the ability to place the Bull Statue.
