Laroque is a statue in Chibi-Robo! Photo Finder. He is modeled after a snarling lion, is carved from some form of gray stone, and stands at a little under twice Chibi-Robo's height. He was originally part of a fountain, but he broke free from the fountain's wall to combat his garden's smogling infestation. He hires Chibi-Robo for the job 'Garden Hand', where Chibi-Robo must dig holes with a spoon to catch smoglings and whack them, causing them to disappear in a puff of black dust. Laroque is not confident in his ability to take on the smoglings himself, and appears too fragile to chase after them. However, he loves his garden, and is visibly distressed by the presence of smoglings. Despite not being a typical toy, he is alive and can speak to Chibi-Robo. He is very polite in his speech.
