He sports a helmet with a blue (yellow in the U.S.) visor and a yellow V on his chest. His face can barely be seen through his visor, and when visible it is shown that his "teeth" are always showing, a supposed heroic smile. He also has a blaster holstered on the left side of his belt, possibly indicating that he is left-handed. In later appearances like Captain Rainbow, his chin protrudes and is the only visible part of his head, while in Photo Finder only part of his eyes are distinguishable.
