'''General Greenthumb''' （シーゼン）is a [[toy]] in ''[[Chibi-Robo! Park Patrol]]''. He is a superhero action figure from a video game called ''Smog Wars'', who swears to protect all of nature. He is brainwashed by [[Miasmo]] to became the villainous Sergeant Smogglor. He has the ability to fly, use an attack called "Zapow", and summon [[Smoglings]].  

He is first seen as Sergeant Smogglor（ダークシーゼン）, whose colors are different from his usual self. He is an action figure with a black bodysuit and grey armor on his chest. He wears white gloves and boots that go up to his knees and elbows. On his chest is a symbol that is similar to an eye. He wears a helmet with a large spike that goes back, and a second smaller spike under it. The front of his helmet reveals blue eyes. He has large spikes protruding from his shoulders as well.
