The second Chibi-Manual, seen in Okaeri! Chibi-Robo! Happy Richie Ōsōji!, is a digital book that can be found on the Chibi-PC in the Cutting Edge Chibi-House, and as such, seems to be designed more for Cutting Edge Chibi-Robos to read, rather than the customers. The second Chibi-Manual has a whopping 25 chapters, covering topics such as Watts, climbing objects, the Chibi-Vacuum, and the Maintenance Machine and How-Much Machine.
