Storyline

Chibi-Robo meets Captain Plankbeard in the basement where he laments his lost ship. After digging up his ship from the Backyard using the Spoon, Chibi-Robo brings it back, much to Plankbeard's delight. However, he quickly realizes that he can't pilot his ship himself and he needs a crew. After some of the Free Rangers go AWOL, Chibi-Robo gathers four of the rangers who saw Captain Plankbeard as their hero. After he has his crew, he goes searching for Treasure and gives Chibi-Robo his treasure maps. When Giga-Robo is reactivated, he is the happiest out of all characters. Once the treasure is all found, the Free Rangers story is complete, and Giga-Robo has been revived, Chibi-Robo meets Captain Plankbeard in the Backyard. At this point, Captain Plankbeard—along with his crew—leaves the Sanderson's house and is never seen again.
