The Yellow Block is an item in Chibi-Robo! Plug Into Adventure!, used in Dinah and Funky Phil's Subevents twice.
Locations & Uses
The first time Chibi-Robo is tasked with finding blocks for Dinah, The Great Peekoe will be in possession of the Yellow Block, and can be seen balancing on it in the Backyard. The Great Peekoe will sell the Yellow Block to Chibi-Robo in the Basement at night for 1,000 
Moolah. Bringing the Blue Block to Dinah will reward him with 33 
Happy Points and 1 Moolah.
The second time Chibi-Robo is tasked with finding blocks for Dinah, the Yellow Block is found in the Basement, in the bird cage.
