The first time Chibi-Robo is tasked with finding blocks for Dinah, the Green Block is found in Jenny's Room, on the upper shelf by the train set. Bringing the Green Block to Dinah will reward him with 33 
Happy Points and 1 
Moolah.
The second time Chibi-Robo is tasked with finding blocks for Dinah, the Green Block is found in the Jenny's Room, on top of the castle.
