Peggy is a toy appearing in Chibi-Robo! Zip Lash. She is encountered in World 6, The South Pole. Peggy is a toy penguin wearing winter gear. As a self-proclaimed fashion icon, she claims that winter gear is the most fashionable clothing. She believes herself to be world-famous, her popularity stemming from Harajuku, Japan. She recognizes Chibi-Robo from TV and calls him "dahling". Giving her all nine different snacks that she asks for will unlock the Peggy outfit.
