Squirter
The Squirter is a tool in Chibi-Robo!: Park Patrol which squirts water. The player use this to make new Flowers or to squirt Smoglings
It is also used in Chibi-Robo!: Plug Into Adventure and can be found in Jenny's Room. Go to the table in the center of the room and climb up the pink purse strap. The squirter is right there.
