Peggy is a toy appearing in Chibi-Robo! Zip Lash. She is a toy penguin wearing winter gear. As a self-proclaimed fashion icon, she claims that winter gear is the most fashionable clothing, a likely reason she is found in the North Pole. She believes herself to be world-famous, her popularity stemming from Harajuku, Japan. She recognizes Chibi-Robo from TV and calls him "dahling."
