Toby is a toy that appears in Chibi-Robo! Zip Lash, and is the first toy ever met in the game. He is encountered in Oceania or World 1. He is an yellow airplane with red wings, tail, and propeller, and big eyes. He has an eight painted on his tail. He recognizes Chibi-Robo from TV, something he watches often enough to recite commercials from.
