Hazmatroth is a minor character in Chibi-Robo! Park Patrol. He is a villain in General Greenthumb's video game, Smog Wars. He is a monster that aims for the destruction of nature. He appears in a flashback cut-scene which shows off Smog Wars, and as a toy being held by a child. It is unclear if the toy of Hazmatroth is alive.
