The Candy Cane is an item you can find in Town. Chibi-Robo can give it to Francois. Francois likes it. He will give Chibi-Robo 30 Happy Points if Chibi-Robo gives it to him. After the first time Chibi-Robo gives him a Candy Cane, he will give Chibi-Robo the Repairs Cartridge. It has no clear effect upon Smoglings that eat it.
