Happy Richie Ōsōji!, though with different mechanics and uses in each appearance. Flowers in Okaeri! Chibi-Robo! Happy Richie Ōsōji! are identical to Chibi-Robo! Park Patrol flowers, but lose their gameplay purpose.

Nectar Flowers

Nectar flowers can be found in the Backyard, or grown using a nectar flower seed, which can be bought at the Chibi-PC for 777 Moolah. Using the Squirter Chibi-Tool, Nectar can be drawn out of a flower and used. Sunshine and the Bird will ask Chibi-Robo to bring them Nectar at different points. A nectar flower is also required to be grown for Mort at a certain point of his story.

The Legendary Nectar Flower

Near the end of Sunshine's story, he gives Chibi-Robo a legendary seed. He tells Chibi-Robo that it takes 10 years to grow. It can be grown in the past in the Bedroom in a planter near the bed. The flower glows different colors, and Legendary Nectar can be drawn from it using the Squirter Chibi-Tool.

Chibi-Robo! Park Patrol

Growing flowers is one of the main mechanics of Chibi-Robo! Park Patrol. The goal of the game is to grow lots of flowers all over the park. The progression of the story depends on how many flowers have been grown. They come in many different colors, affected by the type of terrain they grow near. If the height of terrain is changed using the Height Cartridge, the flowers already present will remain the same color they were before. Flowers can be picked and given to the Flower Shop owner in Town for owner for Happy Points.

PP Icon Flower Bud.png Buds

Buds are flowers which have not bloomed yet. They are produced when the Boom Box Chibi-Gear is used near a pink flower. They are also spawned when a Smogling or Smogglob bursts. They will grow into flowers if watered, but only if they are on soil. They will not grow on sand. Buds cannot grow into black or Miasmo flowers.

PP Icon Flower Pink.png Pink Flowers

Pink Flowers are the only type of flower that can produce buds. By using the Boom Box near them, they release an amount of buds to nearby locations, and change color depending on the status of the plot that they're planted on.

PP Icon Flower Red.png Red Flowers

Red Flowers grow on Small Hills, flat land that is any height except 1 or -1 Chibits, and in Flower Beds.

PP Icon Flower Orange.png Orange Flowers

Orange Flowers grow on all types of hills, and in Flower Beds.

PP Icon Flower Yellow.png Yellow Flowers

Yellow Flowers grow on Medium Hills, flat land that is any height except for 2 or -2 Chibits, and in Flower Beds.

PP Icon Flower Green.png Green Flowers

Green Flowers grow near Trees and Shrubberies, and in Flower Beds. They will not grow if a river is in the same plot. They take priority over Chibit height.

PP Icon Flower Blue.png Blue Flowers

Blue flowers grow near ponds and streams, and in Flower Beds. They take priority over all other flower colors except rainbow. Blue Flowers can be given to the worker at Monkey Burger for Happy Points and a Monkey Burger.

PP Icon Flower Purple.png Purple Flowers

Purple flowers grow on Large Hills, flat land that is 2, 1, -1, or -2 Chibits high, and in Flower Beds.

PP Icon Flower Rainbow.png Rainbow Flowers

Rainbow Flowers are rare flowers which can grow in any type of plot. Occasionally, when a rainbow flower is grown, a rainbow will appear. This causes all flowers grown after this to be rainbow flowers for a few moments. Rainbow Flowers can also appear if affected by a Pink Smogling or Smogglob. If super tools are activated, all flowers will turn into Rainbow Flowers when picked.

PP Icon Flower Black.png Black Flowers

Smoglings and Smogglobs will seek out flowers and dance around them, turning them into black flowers. They wilt at the end of the day. They can be sold at the Flower Shop in Town for 1 Happy Point.

Miasmo Flowers

Miasmo Flowers are created when normal flowers are hit by the gas attack of a Smogglob or Miasmo. Touching them turns them back to their original flower type, and they do not wilt.
