His actual size doesn't matter, if Chibi doesn't use the spoon for a few seconds and Mr. Prongs shrinks a bit, then the counter doesn't actually go down at all. Once Mr. Prongs gets 'full', he will give Chibi [[Happy Points]] equal to how many times he used the spoon.

Mr. Prongs is a minor character in Chibi-Robo! Plug Into Adventure!. When Chibi-Robo first met him, Telly Vision was shocked that his head is a plug, and gave him the name "Mr. Prongs". It is uncertain whether Mr. Prongs is a toy or something else.
