A Flower is a type of object found throughout the Chibi-Robo series. In the original game they were minor. Sunshine liked the Nectar that comes from Nectar Flowers. In Chibi-Robo!: Park Patrol they are more important, as the game revolves about growing flowers in a park. To make a Flower produce seeds, Chibi-Robo must use the Boom Box to get 70 or more notes, unless Chibi-Gear Power-Up is on. If that is the case, then it would take 50 or more notes.
