Timer 5 can be bought in the Chibi-PC Online Shop at any time the current Time Cycle is not set to 5 minutes for 5 
Moolah. Once purchased, the Time Cycle will immediately update to last 5 minutes, making Timer 10 and Timer 15 available for purchase in the Chibi-PC Online Shop.
